Original and Photocopy of Proof of Payment for the visa Interview. Passport and Photocopy of first and last page of your passport. NSO of you Fiancée birth certificate and a certified copy of your birth certificate. NSO of non marriage for your fiancée. Copies of termination of prior Marriage all your divorce decree. And death certificate of your fiancée late husband if applicable. NBI Clearance (recent copy) Foreign Police clearance ( if Fiancée lived outside the Philippines after the age 16. This shall include residence as an expatriate or overseas contract worker). Evidence of financial support which shall include the I-134 Affidavit of support for Embassy that includes 3 previous years of tax returns, one year of bank statements. Bring evidence of your ongoing relationship: Which should include 4 Photo of you and your fiancée with your arm around her, 6 letters, 6 email, 2 passport photos of you and her with your name written on the back of them.
