If you get married in the Philippines we do the marriage visa also. We do the Marriage visa I 130 and summit it and when you get the 797 notice that is as been stated to be process then we summit the k-I visa to speed up the process. But it will still take 10 months to 12 months before your wife can come to the United States. I stress very strongly not to get married in the Philippines because a Fiancée visa will take 6 to 8 months to process and the marriage visas take up to 8 to12 months to process before she goes to embassy. |
