Remember In the Philippines when married there is no Divorce. If you are wanting to bring a Filipina that is married over to the U.S. on a fiancée visa. It will not work because if the one married does not have a death certificate she can not get a Fiancée visa. Because there is no divorce she may get a Annulment. Since the Philippines is 85% catholic the Philippine government may look at the Annulment from the catholic church and terminate the marriage and then the government may not. It can take up to ten year to get the Annulment from the church because the catholic church there in the Philippines thinks that all marriages should stay together. There are to many single ladies to get to know to bother with a married woman. No problems with a single mother for anyone can make a mistake. |
