Proof of U.S. citizenship, examples include U.S. passport, original U.S. birth certificate, Certificate of citizenship or certificate of Naturalization. Evidence of financial support with form I134 Affidavit of support is requested for the U.S. Embassy. Evidence of approval to marry if your Fiancée is under the age 22 she needs a letter of permission from parent to marry. Two nonimmigrant visa photos, 4 passport photos of your fiancée and 4 passport photos of yourself.
